Delivery Information
The information on this page specifically relates to our Mystery Box product “Bundesliga Boxes” and other products found on this website.
Due to Brexit we have updated our delivery information below. Delivery charges to some countries have increased and please note below the possible import tax which may be payable on receipt of your goods outside of the UK.
Fast and Secure Shipping
All products have their own delivery timescales. Some orders will be dispatched the same day, or next business day after an order has been placed. Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday”. Therefore an order made on a Thursday would be dispatched on the Friday, and an order placed on Friday would be dispatched by Monday. Please check individual batches where pre-orders may be in place instead of instant delivery.
For deliveries in the UK we use second class signed for delivery via Royal Mail. Reference numbers are provided via your PayPal account for help with tracking. The cost of packaging and delivery is added to your order at the time.
If you cannot locate your tracking number, please email us at orders@bundesligaboxes.co.uk and we will re-send you this information.
International Shipping
For shipping outside of the UK we use the recommended signed and tracked services available and will differ from country to country. Not all international shipping can offer signed, tracking or both.
Due to Brexit, any import duties or taxes due at the time of the delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We cannot show these items as “gifts” on the customs label and will show the full cost of the package and the product description.
Bundesliga Beers Competition
Competition to win a Bundesliga Box launched on Twitter handle @bundesligabeers page on 27/01/2023. The prize is to win a Bundesliga Box worth £59. Winner will be chosen at random. There will be one winner and prize will be dispatched to a UK address. Entrants must Follow @BundesligaBeers and Retweet the competition. Competition end date is 11.59pm 31/03/2023 or when the account reaches 2000 followers whichever occurs first.
